When a Parent has raised an issue to yourselves, the following is required to aid Lazy Slippers in resolving the issue sooner.


We require:

  1. Full Description of issue, including any specifics criteria such as Parent name or Child name. 
  2. Date and Time of the issue.
  3. What version on the Lazy Slippers App is being used?
  4. What is make of Phone being used?
  5. What Version on software in a Phone (e.g. iOS 11 or Android 27)?


We would also like if possible:

  1. Screenshot(s)


The ticket will get rejected if the required details are not specified.
